TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (CGV)

Sale of Artworks – France

Article 1 – Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of artworks via the website https://abstract-contemporary.eu.

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 – Artworks

The artworks offered for sale are original artistic creations, handmade by the artist and sold as unique pieces.

Each artwork is accompanied by a detailed description.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), including all applicable taxes.
Shipping costs are specified before order confirmation.

Article 4 – Orders

An order is confirmed after:

verification of customer information,

express acceptance of the Terms and Conditions,

payment confirmation.

A confirmation email is sent to the customer.

Article 5 – Payment Methods

Customers may pay by:

credit or debit card,

PayPal account,

bank transfer.

Payment details are provided during the order process or upon request.

Article 6 – Delivery

Artworks are shipped with:

reinforced packaging,

tracking,

insurance.

Delivery times are communicated before order validation.

Article 7 – Receipt and Inspection

Upon delivery, customers must inspect the artwork.

In case of damage, breakage, or transport-related defects, customers must contact the company within 48 hours, providing supporting evidence.

Article 8 – Returns, Replacement, and Refunds

In the event of:

proven manufacturing defects,

damage identified upon delivery,

the customer may choose:

replacement with another artwork,

a commercial gesture,

or a full refund.

Requests must be submitted by email.
The artwork must be returned before any refund is processed.
Return shipping costs are covered when the company’s responsibility is established.

Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to unique artworks.

This exclusion does not apply in cases of defects or damage.

Article 10 – Liability

The company guarantees the authenticity of the artworks sold.
It shall not be held liable for perception differences caused by screen displays.

Article 11 – Personal Data

Personal data is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

Article 12 – Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
